When you place an order with us at www.zaytoona.com, we will do our best to get your items shipped to you as soon as possible.

If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your product, we will contact you to provide you with a status update and revised delivery date. 

We have contracted with select 3^rd party shipping providers to ensure secure and speedy delivery of your products, within IRAQ

Upon shipment of the order, you will receive email of the same with the tracking information including the tracking number of the shipment to track with the shipping service provider.

We currently ship only in IRAQ

We also offer Store Pickup facility to our customers. They can place their orders online, make payments and pickup the product from our store address below, based in IRAQ.

Delivery within IRAQ

Baghdad orders are delivered within 1-2 days. Non Baghdad orders will be delivered between 2-3 days.

Residents of Baghdad have an option of “Express Delivery” where they receive their order within Dubai in 24 Hours of placing the order. Extra delivery charges may apply.

*There may be a delay of 1-2 days if the requested item is out of stock. Our team will contact you incase of any delay caused due to stock 

At time of delivery the delivery provider may request for the customer to display their ID, e.g.Driving License, National ID, to ensure delivery of product to the right customer.

This is to inform that,  www.zaytoona.com (a unit of AL ZAYTOONA COMPUTERS LLC) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries, in accordance with the law.
