Exchange or Return of Goods
All products sold on Zaytoona.com are non-returnable and non-refundable under normal conditions.
Returns are accepted only if the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
Return requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be returned with original packaging and all accessories.
Opening the box or checking the product does not cancel eligibility if the issue is a manufacturing fault.
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or external factors is not covered.
Custom-built PCs, opened electronics, and digital products are not returnable unless faulty.
All approved returns are subject to technical inspection before replacement or refund.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
The product will not be accepted for return if any component or accessory is missing.
The product must be returned fully equipped, including all original accessories.
A valid purchase receipt from Zaytoona.com is required.
A warranty card (if applicable) must be provided.
A technical report describing the defect, issued by the service department, may be required.
If all conditions are met and the return is approved, the refund will be processed within the timeframe permitted by applicable law.
